How it Works

Data & Culture Analysis

Here's how we'll start together. Allow me to get to know your business and how you work right now. I'll talk to your team, listen to how they work (what excites them vs what frustrates them). Then look at your data, whatever you have and don't have.

Then we'll map it out. Every core process, how it connects to people, and what decisions are being taken. Sometimes the gap surfaces immediately, other times it will reveal itself with a few more questions. At the end of this phase, we'll see each track clearly and decide together on the order of priority to solve.

Based on the findings and design of tracks from the data & culture analysis phase, I'll work with leadership to translate tasks against expectations, align direction to overall goals, and understand which decisions signal real impact.

At the end of this phase, we'll understand how the relationship between expectations, direction and goals will translate to how a solution will be framed.

The goal of this diagnosis is to solve your problem for you. Most importantly, give back your time. I'll show you how to solve that problem. At minimum 2 options, with clear trade-offs to help you weigh which to implement.

Inside the solution, we can expect clarity in process, which decisions your people should focus on, and how those decisions are measured against expected outcomes.
